Dialling Codes is a really excellent site enabling you to get the telephone prefixes for any country to any country. I have found this a really useful site on many occasions.

BBC main site is a wealth of information and several hours could be spent browsing its pages. All the TV channels and radio stations are represented plus a wealth of information on a vast amount of subjects to suit every taste. The latest news is always here and the

Norton Ghost Radified is really the most extensive site offering help and guidance using Norton or Symantec Ghost. The tutorials should give no excuse to get it right first time. A superb site VISIT NOW!

'DVD Reviewer' is run by Reviewer Ltd, a company registered in England, and staffed by a group of people who share a love for the DVD format. This site has huge amounts of information on the DVD format, players, region hacks news and reviews. A great site.

Nicky Page has a really superb site offering really useful help min the art of digital copying and movie making. In his words "Firstly, I’m not really an expert in either the Mpeg format or in DivX. Neither am I some kind of hacker or pirate in any sense of the word. I do not claim to have invented any of the major conversion methods. In fact, it would be hard for anyone to say they had invented them since all methods depend almost exclusively on the software and utilities that enthusiasts have produced for the purpose of both converting DVD's into another formats. DVD Region free is a really superb program that really does get round the DVD region problem. Multi-region is a problem for PCs and it's even more complicated than the issue with stand-alone players. The DVD drive can be region-locked, which can sometimes be solved with an unofficial firmware upgrade. The software DVD player can also be region-locked, and there are various hacks on the Internet for resolving these. On some systems, which include a hardware decoder card, there can be a third source for preventing region-free playback.

Find Free Files is a subscription based site that enables its paid members to download using newsgroups. This includes movies, software etc. There are a series of videos that train you in every aspect of downloading files from newsgroups. This is an excellent site.

UK Weather.com is a great site for the weather forecast in the UK. Called the Weather Channel it offers maps and information for the UK. There are other sites covering the rest of the world with the USA here>>

Multi Map The leading site for maps and travel directions on the web. Multimap provides free access to Street maps and travel directions for Great Britain plus a multitude of allied services.

For Movies and CD copying
